A: A tweak is a small job or a series of small jobs that we can normally do in 30 minutes or so. It can pretty much be anything from updates, to theme changes, virus/hack removal and even PHP coding.

Q: How long does a tweak take?

A: Well as per the timings above, the higher cost monthly packages get priority but we offer a same day guarantee which means 24 hours from submitting the tweak it will be done.

Q: Are there limits to what constitutes a tweak?

A: In general we are pretty flexible but we will let you know if a tweak is to complex and would require much more time spent on it.

Q: Can I call you for support?

A: Yes we have a number you can call or you can Skype us. It’s normally better if this is pre-arranged via email.



Q: Will you support more than one WordPress install?

A: Our support packages cover a single WordPress install, you can of course buy another package for another one. If you have a multisite install of WordPress then get in touch for a custom quote.

Q: I’m going to sign up, when will you solve my problem?

A: Once we have checked all your details and gained access to your server and website we can get started. We aim to get your initial problem sorted within 24 hours of you signing up.

Q: Can we use your services white label?

A: No, it all gets a bit messy with people in the middle. You can become an affiliate here though.
